Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier at Baby Loolahs. Browse our online store and add any products that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished adding products, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to provide a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. If you have a discount code enter it at checkout!

Payment

We accept payment via by most debit & credit cards via PayPal (you do NOT have to be registered to use this system there is a link to click on the left hand side of the page near the symbols of the credit cards on the PayPal page). Just enter your card details as normal.

Postage/Delivery

Here at babyloolahs we use RoyalMail 48hour & sign service ( so you can rest assure your gift will not be left on a doorstep)
We use two standard delivery charges, on all filled buckets & canvas bags the delivery charge is £8.99. On all individual items ordered the delivery charge is £2.50. If a number of products are order & exceed the weight 3kg then the delivery charge will be £8.99.

Urgent....If you are in need of next day delivery please do not hesitate to get in touch with us & we would be happy to make arrangements.
If you are ordering personalised items please not this may take a little longer, up to five working days.
Babyloolahs has not yet ventured out of the U.K but if you were looking for a gift to be sent abroad, please get in touch & we will be happy to make arrangements.

All gift filled buckets & canvas bags are wrapped in cellophane, and all individual gifts items orderd are wrapped in luxury tissue paper.Our packing is shredded recycled paper .( AT BABYLOOLAHS WE STRIVE TO REDUCE OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT BY USING RECYCLED PAPER) 

Tax

For orders made from the UK or EU, 15% VAT is included in the price you see advertised.

Colour

Colour variations are possible due to the nature of the various fabrics/materials used. Please allow for slight variations when viewing products via our website. We do try to describe the colours as accurately as possible.

Guarantee

Your satisfaction guaranteed!All of our products come with a 28 day no quibble guarantee. You can return your item to us in A1 condition (see below). Faulty products will always be refunded within 28 days (see below).

We do not accept responsibility for accidental/intentional damage. All of our products are checked by our quality control team prior to despatch to ensure that they are in full working order.

Returns Policy

REFUNDS will be given for ANY REASON as long as your product is returned in A1 saleable condition. Even if you just don't like it - we can't be more fair!

Refund will be made in the same way as purchase method.

Your right to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive (www.hmso.gov.uk). We hope that you do not wish to return goods to us, however, we will refund the cost of the GOODS ONLY. The cost of delivery will not under any circumstances be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us - we recommend that you always use a form of recorded delivery either Royal Mail or other courier. We will contact you as soon as the goods are received back in stock.
